What we do
We provide representation in civil matters – ranging from avoidance of litigation to investigations to pleadings and discovery to trials and appeals – in federal and state courts. We also provide representation in arbitration and administrative proceedings.
Under the best of circumstances, litigation is a difficult experience for all participants because it usually is triggered by a business arrangement that did not work out or a situation where one party unlawfully takes advantage of another.
