Debra C. (Dee) Price practices primarily in the areas of litigation and public sector law. She has served as City Attorney for the City of Kenova, West Virginia, since 1999.
Dee previously worked with Dennis Taylor at Taylor and Price PLLC and Talcott Franklin PC, and as a Judicial Law Clerk for U.S. District Judge Joseph R. Goodwin. She worked with Shannon Conway at Talcott Franklin PC. She also worked at Betts Hardy & Rodgers, PLLC and Goodwin & Goodwin PLLC.
Dee is very active in her community. She is an active member of the United Methodist Church, serving in various capacities, including on the Justice and Advocacy Committee of the West Virginia Annual Conference and the Gun Violence Prevention Group of the General Board of Church and Society. She previously served as Chapter Leader of the West Virginia Chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America and now serves as the Faith Lead for that group.
Dee graduated cum laude with a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law where she was an Editor of the Boston University Law Review. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. degree from Marshall University where she was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa honorary.
